I watched Ladybird and have been a Saoirse Ronan fan when U first saw her in The Lovley Bones and her earlier film Atonement when she was first nominated. Ladybird extended her range and depth of the character of a troubled high school student srarch for an identity..An Oscer caliber performance to be sure.
